Challenge? Financial planning, reporting, and business partnering activitiesPerform detailed revenue, pricing, and margin analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop clear and impactful visualizations and dashboards in Power BI to monitor business performance and KPIsAssist in monthly closing activities and enhance our monthly reportingProvide ad hoc analysis and project support (e.g., pricing initiatives, new product/business case reviews, efficiency improvements)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and deliver actionable insightsContribute to budget, forecast, and long-term planning processes with a strong focus on revenue driversSupport the implementation of tools, automation, and process improvements within the finance function Profile? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA a plus) 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, transaction services or FP&A Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a particular focus on revenue and margin dynamics Experience in a growing SaaS environment is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in Power BI (or other BI tools) for visualization and reporting Experience with ERP is a plus Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex financials for non-finance stakeholders Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and contributing to continuous improvement Offer: A key role in supporting the CFO, the Business Controllers and FP&A in influencing financial decision-makingCompetitive salary and benefits packageExposure to senior management and strategic initiativesOpportunities to grow and develop within a dynamic and supportive finance team
