Advise management and operational teams on Business Law matters Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with subsidiary Directors Ensure legal risk prevention and regulatory compliance (including ESG and GDPR) Manage legal files related to contracts, disputes, and regulatory frameworks Provide legal training and updates to stakeholders Liaise with local legal advisors and report to the Group Legal Department Master's degree in Business Law or equivalent 3-5 years' experience in a legal role, ideally in-house and in an international or industrial setting Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset Strong grasp of Belgian law and contract law Interest in compliance and regulatory topics Proactive, diplomatic, and eager to build trusted relationships across teams A strategic role with international exposure Hybrid work model based in Brussels Travel opportunities across Europe Direct involvement in legal decisions and business growth Supportive, multicultural team environment Room to grow and take ownership
