Als Junior Projectmanager assisteer je binnen de technische dienst de Projectmanager bij de uitvoering van het project.
Onder begeleiding van een Projectmanager verzorg je de opvolging van de uitvoering, het opstellen en beheren van de planning en het budget, de coördinatie van de verschillende aannemers op de werf in afwerkingsfase, het oplossen van de problemen op de werf.
Je draagt bij aan de financiële en technische eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van de toegewezen bouwprojecten, als aanspreekpunt van de bouwheer.
VereistenJe beschikt over een master in de bouwkunde, industrieel ingenieur
Ervaring is geen must, maar 1 à 2 jaar ervaring is een pluspunt.
Je bent communicatief sterk.
Je bezit organisatievermogen en je bent klantgericht.
Je beheert programma's als VectorWorks / autocad en Microsoft office. Kennis van Aproplan en Microsoft Project is een pluspunt.
