In Europe, our Connected and Sharing Solutions Division is currently looking for a Product Specialist (m/f/x) RoadTrace to strengthen this team. What will you work on? Key actor in the customer journey, with business developer, from initial product presentation up to delivery, and ensure maximal value creation and customer satisfaction during lifecycle management Collect feedback from existing customers in several counties and adapt the product Define roadmap for the product and create realistic plan to confirm the desirability of the roadmap Create and prioritize user stories in Jira based on value for the end-customer Define and efficiently communicate objectives and milestones to the team Support marketing activities, including content creation and events organization Report progress and concerns to Management Profile MUST HAVE Excellent communication and active listening skills, fluent in English and French Ability to gather, understand and translate complex requirements into a product vision & architecture, product roadmap and actionable iterations Experience in presenting complex products to end-customers and large audience Good understanding of physics and statistics Enjoy exploration and uncertainty, team player, agile oriented Networker and influencer at customer, eco-system and internally Master’s degree in Engineering, Innovation, Marketing NICE TO HAVE Good understanding of connected vehicles and road infrastructure domain Spanish, Dutch, German and/or any other languages Offer What can we offer you?
