Als speel je een sleutelrol in het contact tussen de verschillende projectmedewerkers en stakeholders. Je leidt de HR-projecten van NMBS, die zowel HR- als IT-componenten bevatten, van concept tot implementatie en zorgt voor een succesvolle uitvoering.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?
Als HR Project Manager zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als volgt:
Je plant, voert uit, bewaakt en voltooit diverse HR-projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines, budgetten en technische of wettelijke beperkingen worden nageleefd. Dankzij je communicatieve vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat alle belanghebbenden (expertteams, IT, management, collega's binnen het HR Program Office (PMO), enz.) een helder beeld hebben van de doelstellingen en voortgang van het project. Je communiceert regelmatig in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Je zorgt ervoor dat projectgerelateerde processen grondig worden herzien en beoordeelt de impact van wijzigingen op bestaande processen, HR-toepassingen, data en rapporten. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert veranderingsplannen, inclusief opleidings- en communicatiemateriaal, om de betrokkenheid van medewerkers te vergroten en het succes van het project te waarborgen.Voorbeelden van projecten waaraan je zou kunnen werken:

Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?
Je hebt een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) EN minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement.
Je beschikt over de volgende vaardigheden:
Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om zowel in het Frans als in het Nederlands te communiceren en te onderhandelen met je interne klanten. Je hebt een kritische en analytische geest, bent in staat situaties te beoordelen en relevante oplossingen voor te stellen. Je bent altijd bereid om nieuwe dingen te leren en je werkt graag in teamverband. Je bent autonoom en zorgt ervoor dat de gewenste resultaten behaald worden binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines.Ervaring met HR-projectmanagement en kennis van SAP HR en/of SuccessFactors zijn pluspunten. Interesse in HR-onderwerpen en -gegevens is essentieel.
