Manage the Partner's agenda and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in German and English Prepare and format legal documents, presentations, and reports Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems Liaise with clients and internal departments in a professional and confidential manner Assist with billing and time entry Support in the organization of events and internal meetings Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment You speak German with an excellent command of English (spoken and written); French is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with a high level of professionalism Competitive salary and benefits package A long-term position with room for personal and professional development
