Wat houdt deze vacature in? KBC streeft in alle landen waar zij actief is naar een correcte naleving van de fiscale regelgeving. Hiertoe volgt de directie TAX van KBC Groep nauwgezet de belastingwetgeving en introduceert en onderhoudt de afdeling Tax Compliance procedures én systemen die instaan voor een efficiënte verzameling en verwerking van fiscale gegevens. De afdeling Tax Compliance van KBC Groep is verantwoordelijk voor de correcte takssturing, de tijdige en correcte aangiften (BTW, Beleggingsfiscaliteit en Vennootschapsbelasting) en voor de toenemende internationale verplichtingen tot gegevensuitwisseling (FATCA, CRS, DAC6, DAC7) voor verschillende entiteiten van KBC. De afdeling Tax Compliance is ook eerste aanspreekpunt richting de Belgische fiscus. Als Tax Compliance medewerker bij KBC krijg je maw een gevarieerd takenpakket en een end-to-end view op hoe een fiscale omgeving in de financiële sector praktisch werkt. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je gaat van start binnen het domein Beleggingsfiscaliteit. Je neemt functionele kennis op van onze fiscale systemen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor één of meerdere fiscale verplichtingen. Samen met collega’s uit andere afdelingen, het management en fiscaal juristen werk je mee in kleine en grotere (vernieuwings- of fiscale) projecten. Je bouwt geleidelijk ervaring op om zodoende de ‘business lead’ te kunnen nemen binnen specifieke projecten of fiscale dossiers. Je zit zelf aan het stuur van je ontwikkeling en grijpt de kansen die zich binnen onze Tax Compliance aandienen. Jouw troeven? Enkele jaren werkervaring in een financiële, fiscaal/boekhoudkundige of compliance omgeving. Een masterdiploma in een economische richting met kennis van fiscaliteit (bij voorkeur heb je een aanvullende opleiding fiscaliteit genoten of heb je interesse om dit te doen). Leergierig, je bent snel in het doorgronden van (nieuwe) tax procedures, systeemtoepassingen en tax data. Je kan vlot overweg met verschillende office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams). Je bent communicatief, een echte ‘team player’, je werkt nauwgezet zonder de grote lijnen uit het oog te verliezen en je ben steeds op zoek naar innovaties en efficiency. Je neemt graag ownership op. Verantwoordelijkheid motiveert je. Je kunt je werk zelfstandig en efficiënt organiseren. Je analytische vaardigheden helpen je om complexe materie te doorgronden en pragmatische oplossingen te vinden. Je werkt graag samen met anderen om oplossingen te vinden voor problemen.
