Een innovatieve online apotheek dus die streeft naar de beste digitale klantenbeleving. Een op en top, warm familiebedrijf waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar intussen 200 medewerkers innovatief en kwalitatief samenwerken. Omdat onze ambitie groot is en onze passie voor gezondheid, welzijn & beauty nog groter, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Performance Marketeer die onze campagnes slimmer, efficiënter en winstgevender maakt. Je takenpakket:· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het totale verkeer van de website: je analyseert, zet acties op, verbetert, …· Je bepaalt de budgetten, targets & KPI’s voor al onze paid kanalen. Je volgt de resultaten op en stelt overzichtelijke rapporten op. Je optimaliseert ook de budgetten in functie van redement, marges en klantwaarde.· Je ontwikkelt een geïntegreerde SEO-strategie samen met interne & externe specialisten en staat ook in voor de uitvoering hiervan.· Je werkt samen met ons extern performance agency (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate) en challenget hen in het behalen van de targets.· Je zet de lijnen uit van de paid campagnes, stuurt deze bij waar nodig & brieft de assets naar het team. Je zet dashboards, funnelanalyses en A/B testings op om campagnes continu te verbeteren· Je gaat proactief identificeren en testen van nieuwe kanalen of strategieën om extra verkeer en conversies te genereren. Ervaring in data-analyse en rapportering is een sterk pluspunt.· Resultaatgericht, een kritische blik & een stevige portie initiatief zijn zaken die jouw kenmerken· Je bent helemaal mee met de nieuwe trends in Google ADs, Meta en SEO.· Je neemt beslissingen op basis van data en weet dat buikgevoel ook maar buikgevoel is· Je bent iemand die zelf graag de touwtjes in handen neemt en daarbij nog eens goed in team werkt.
