As a Regional Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to: Develop and implement a commercial strategy to drive business growth across the Balkans, Armenia, Moldova, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Build strong relationships with high-level decision-makers, including ministries, government officials, and public administrations. Identify and analyze market opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. Lead complex, long-cycle B2G sales processes, managing negotiations and key milestones over multiple years. Represent the company with credibility, leveraging its service quality and operational agility to stand out from larger competitors. Ensure hands-on involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle. Travel frequently to the region to establish and strengthen partnerships on the ground. The successful candidate will have the following qualities: Fluent in English and another regional language (Greek, Romanian, Czech, Croatian, Serbian, etc.) Strong background in B2G sales, with a track record of managing complex, long-term sales cycles. Ability to engage with high-level political stakeholders and navigate public sector procurement processes. Self-driven, strategic thinker, and highly adaptable to diverse cultural environments. Brussels-based, with availability for frequent travel across the assigned region. A strategic role with high impact in a niche, high-value industry.
