You analyze existing processes and redesign them with the greatest attention to operational excellence and the timing and quality that the internal client expects. You lead projects to improve our processes. As you know, it’s important to include others in a change. That’s why you do what’s required to secure the necessary buy-in. You understand the ambitious principles that define how we want to work in the future and translate them into clear process flows. From data collection, and data transformation to calculation and reporting. You are in contact with colleagues, discovering synergies between different projects. What is the link between the two projects? Does one project have an impact on the other? It’s all food for thought for you. You share your knowledge with your colleagues. And they share theirs with you. Required profile. How do we imagine our future Process Manager? You know how to realize process improvements following the Lean Six Sigma Experience in the financial sector is a must to ensure a smooth start to this job. You enjoy translating complex processes into manageable visualizations that are neatly structured and have clear wording. You analyze the ‘as is a process and you design the ‘to be’ with all possible improvements. You switch effortlessly between the broader framework and the important details. You quickly see which details are important on which level. You communicate effectively in English. You have no problems discussing proposals with project stakeholders and eliciting their support. You love working together with project teams to reach goals. Is there a problem? You focus on the solution.
