**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant, leidende kracht in de Belgische kredietmakelaarssector is op zoek naar een (Senior) Process Manager. Deze organisatie staat bekend om haar flexibele en warme bedrijfscultuur, waarin samenwerking en groei centraal staan. Het kantoor bevindt zich in hartje Brussel, op slechts 10 minuten wandelen van Brussel Centraal, in een prachtige omgeving.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Senior Process Manager kom je terecht in het Operations & IT-departement, waar je nauw samenwerkt met het management om strategische beslissingen te nemen.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van end-to-end processen binnen onze organisatie.
- Leiden van diverse projecten met impact over de afdelingen heen.
- Samenwerken met zowel junior als senior collega’s om de processen te stroomlijnen.
- Analyseren en ontwerpen van bedrijfsprocessen en data.

**Jouw profiel**
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in procesbeheer (BPM, UML).
- Nauw contact met het management voor beslissingen rond processen.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, doelgerichtheid en maturiteit.
- Ervaring binnen Financial Services / Banking sector is een duidelijk pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en plan trekken in het Frans
