We offer KPMG Tax & Legal Advisers is looking for a Manager Tax Adviser specialized in mergers and acquisitions to join its M&A tax team in the Brussels or Antwerp office. You will assist and advise clients in the framework of due diligence, acquisition structuring and modeling, SPA's, post-deal integration, internal restructurings such as mergers and demergers, (re)financing of acquisitions, structuring of management participation and carried interest, and all other aspects surrounding a deal which may have a tax impact. As well as collaborating with clients at every stage of the M&A process, we work in a multidisciplinary M&A team, looking for strategies and structures that are both innovative and technically sound. Building strong relationships is key to our success, both with clients and internally.You will assist and advise clients (including other KPMG practices) in connection with national and international M&A issues.You will assume responsibilities in client and non-client matters.You will coach professional staff.You will maintain relations with clients, officials of the Belgian Authorities and with the business community in general.You will participate in specialized industry and service workgroups.You will participate in various administrative and/or organizational functions.
