We are a talent incubator, supporting early-stage career professionals in their learning & development and supporting our clients in becoming better in adopting and integrating these talents effectively.
**What will you do?**
As a **Talent Development Officer**, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our talent and building strong partnerships with our clients. With significant autonomy, you will manage your own agenda, engaging in a variety of activities that ensure both our trainees and clients achieve their goals. You will support a balance between what is important to our clients, to our trainees and to our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Career Guiding & Mentoring**: Provide personalized guidance to help trainees navigate their career paths effectively.
- **Training & Development**: Design, implement and deliver impactful training programs that elevate skills and foster professional growth.
- **Evaluation Processes**: Facilitate regular evaluations and progress discussions to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with client expectations.
- **Onboarding & Exit Interviews**: Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees, enhancing retention and engagement strategies.
- **Community Building**: Organize and manage department events that foster a positive workplace culture and strengthen connections among trainees.
- **Profile Matching**: Actively support the alignment of trainee profiles with client roles to maximize success.
- **Client Engagement**: Cultivate relationships and develop market opportunities by understanding client needs and effectively pitching our tailored service offerings.
**Your skills and qualifications**:
- Experience within commercial recruitment and/or project sourcing.
- Knowledge of generalist HR topics is a great asset
- Quality and professionalism prevail in every decision you make within your job.
- You are a people person who attaches importance to good and personal follow-up of your team members.
- Commercial mindset and the will to build a long-term relationship with your customer portfolio are very important.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: having a nose for business and being able to work autonomously are essential qualities.
- Fluent Dutch and English, French is a strong plus.
