Votre Fonction:
- L’équipe Customer Support est responsable de la prise en charge des demandes d’assistance téléphoniques et électroniques de l’ensemble de nos clients. En tant que membre de l’équipe vous vous chargez de l’analyse des différentes questions et problèmes rencontrés et du support à l’utilisation des logiciels. Vous gérez également le diagnostic de pannes techniques (PC, MAC, périphériques, composante réseau, etc.).
- Vous donnez des formations client sur l’utilisation de nos logiciels (à distance, via des webinaires, chez les clients, de manière individuelle ou en groupe).
- A terme vous êtes capable de gérer les rendez-vous liés au démarrage des nouveaux clients (incl. installation, configuration et formation)
- Dans l'exercice de votre fonction, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe Customer Support ainsi qu’avec les autres services tels le service tarification, l’équipe produit, R&D, etc.
- Par l’analyse et les recherches, vous aspirez à élargir vos connaissances tant au niveau des logiciels et du matériel informatique, qu’au niveau de la réglementation spécifique au domaine paramédical.
- Vous êtes impliqué au niveau des tests du logiciel, ainsi que l’élaboration des documents et des outils d’aide pour usage interne et pour nos clients, etc.
- Fonction de vos compétences, vous prenez également en charge l’installation et la configuration de logiciels sous Windows PC et MAC et vous gérez le premier diagnostic de pannes techniques (PC, MAC, périphériques, composante réseau, etc.).

- Vous êtes orienté client; rendre un service de qualité et transmettre vos connaissances vous apporte satisfaction.
- Vous avez un sens relationnel aiguisé et l’assistance téléphonique constitue une force chez vous.
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, vous faites preuve de motivation et mettez tout en œuvre pour atteindre des objectifs communs et satisfaire nos clients.
- Vous êtes persévérant et patient et d’un naturel tranquille.
- Vous avez l’esprit logique et êtes capable d’analyser et de résoudre des problèmes complexes.
- Vous êtes bien organisé, capable de définir des priorités et assurer un suivi rigoureux des tâches qui vous incombent.
- L'autoapprentissage et la formation continue ne vous effraient pas.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en néerlandais et vous êtes capable de vous exprimer en français.
- Vous avez de préférence suivi une formation en lien avec la fonction et avez un intérêt prononcé pour le secteur informatique et paramédical.
- Vous avez de préférence une bonne connaissance de Windows et Office, et vous vous sentez à l’aise dans l’apprentissage de logiciels spécialisés.
- D’autres connaissances techniques ne sont pas obligatoires mais constituent des atouts : installation et configuration de matériel informatique PC et MAC. Une connaissance des réseaux, serveurs, terminal, ainsi que la connaissance de Salesforce.
