**Purpose of the position**:
In close collaboration with the Chief Controlling Officer of the Operations Division, the Eramet Indonesia CFO sets up and maintains the administrative and finance systems and controls needed to ensure the operational performance, compliance and governance of Eramet’s operations in Indonesia, and the reporting and forecasts on what is happening.

Based in Jakarta, the position reports to Eramet’s Indonesia Country Representative.

**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring the scope’s administrative and financial management
- Implements the financial policy and meets the Group’s reporting requirements
- Applies the procedures in accordance with accounting and corporate tax laws and regulations
- Is responsible for preparing and implementing operating budgets and investments files for his/her scope, in coordination with the operational and sales teams
- With his/her teams, generates all accounting, financial and operational data (including monthly and annual accounts [D+5], monthly operational and performance reports, budget, plan, tax obligations, etc.)
- Creates dashboards and steering procedures for the Business Unit
- Ensures the correct performance of accounting operations and the compliance of payment methods
- Insure proper valuation and recognition on the company's balance sheet
- Draws up and coordinates the company’s budget, pronos, strategic and operational long-term plans
- Sets up the internal control systems to ensure that the company assets and monies are properly protected and manage along company compliance and ethics rules
- Guarantees the correct functioning of the audit committee and the BoDs for the subsidiaries in the scope
- Ensures the correct functioning/implementation and development of information systems in the scope in close collaboration with the Group DIS

Management and coordination
- Plans, runs, and coordinates all administrative and financial management activities
- Team management and coordination: identifies talents, team empowerment
- Shares information within the department, with internal clients and with supervision authorities
- In direct coordination with the Group Financial Division/Group Management Control/and the local BoD carries out all work relating to the Long-term Plan

**About you**:

- Higher education (Master’s degree) preferred, with minimum 15 years’ experience in corporate finance management in industrial environment, experience in mining would be a plus;
- Knowledge of IFRS and tax systems;
- English language (oral, reading and writing), speaking French would be a plus
- Rigorous, attention to details, autonomous and proactive;
- Results oriented;
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy;
- Availability to travel on site.
