**Caritas International België ondersteunt slachtoffers van geweld, natuurrampen en armoede, in hun**

**eigen land of op de vlucht, in samenwerking met haar lokale, nationale en internationale netwerken.**

We zoeken een (M/F/x)** Chief Financial Officer / Head of IT.**

**DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE**

Het doel van de CFO-functie is het verzekeren en controleren van de financiering van de organisatie en

ervoor te zorgen dat de beschikbare middelen worden nageleefd, om financiële analyses uit te voeren, om

het budget van de structuur op korte en middellange termijn uit te werken, om het budget van de structuur

op korte en middellange termijn te bewaken, allemaal in overeenstemming met de strategie van de

vereniging, en de wettelijke, fiscale en boekhoudkundige verplichtingen. De CFO heeft een transversale kijk

op de hele organisatie.

Het doel van de IT-functie is het garanderen van een goed niveau van ICT-dienstverlening aan de gebruikers

en het verzekeren van een gecoördineerde en optimale IT-architectuur, binnen de toegekende budgetten.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN ALS LID VAN HET DIRECTIECOMITÉ**
- Verstrekken van informatie over de beschikbare financiële middelen, de begroting opstellen en er

toezicht op houden;
- Analyseren van bestaande en nieuwe projecten van de organisatie, en advies geven over hun

financiële levensvatbaarheid en zorgen voor de duurzaamheid van de organisatie;
- Zorgen voor informatie-uitwisseling met andere afdelingsdirecteurs, luiden van de nodige

alarmsignalen en corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen.

**VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN ALS AFDELINGSDIRECTEUR**
- Toezicht houden op de algemene en analytische boekhouding van de organisatie in

overeenstemming met wettelijke verplichtingen en overeenkomsten;
- Zorgen voor periodieke boekhoudkundige afsluitingen en de prognoses;
- Controleren van investeringsvoorstellen, nieuwe projecten, lopende projecten en hun financiële

levensvatbaarheid binnen de organisatie;
- Voldoen aan interne en externe deadlines ten opzichte van verhuurders, leveranciers, etc.;
- Uitwerking, consolidatie, analyse en opvolging van het budget van de organisatie;
- Opzetten en aanpassen van cross-functionele beheertools, dashboards;
- Handhaven van boekhoudkundige procedures in gedecentraliseerde eenheden (BE) en actualiseren

van financiële procedures;
- Advies verstrekken aan het Auditcomité en het Bestuursorgaan;
- Teammanagement: toewijzen, prioriteren en begeleiden van taken, rekrutering, coaching,

vergaderingen en functioneringsgesprekken;
- Kapitaalallocatie beheren; Cashflow management, contact nemen met financiële instellingen.

**BIJ DE IT VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN HOREN**
- Ontwikkelen van een visie en strategie aangaande vereiste ondersteunende IT-tools en software;
- Garanderen van het verwachte serviceniveau voor IT-tools, telefonie en kopieerapparaten en

bewaken van de toepassing van de procedures;
- Zorgen voor de aanschaf en het beheer van IT-licenties en gegevensbeveiliging.

**PROFIEL**

**Algemeen**
- Caritas verleent hulp aan eenieder in een kwetsbare positie. Een sterke voeling met de humane

waarden is cruciaal;
- Kennis van toekomstgerichte, inclusieve financiële strategieën en leiderschapsvaardigheden zoals

creativiteit, analyse en synthese zijn vereist.

**Minimum voorwaarden**
- Masterdiploma;
- Solide ervaring in financieel management in een leidende functie: goede kennis van boekhouding,

controlling, audits, rapportering, etc.
- Kennis van subsidiemaatregelen in het kader van ngo-werking strekt tot aanbeveling;
- Ervaring met aansturen van algemene IT-activiteiten;
- Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
