**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
Reporting to the Customer Support Lead and based in Antwerp, the Customer Support Executivewill provides the best possible service to external and internal customers. In a positive and proactive way, your expertise will add value to a customer-oriented approach.

Key Accountabilities include:

- Build and mange operational business relationships with specific markets/customers in France (and other EU customers when back-up is required)
- Enter sales orders in agreement with local teams & according to stock availability
- Answer all possible customer requests or redirect questions to suited internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, IBP, Finance and 3PL.
- Manage loading requests/slots with customers and transport companies
- Solve ad hoc issues regarding customer loadings or administration
- Execute general administrative tasks, linked to the sales process
- Align on stock & availability with the relevant stakeholders
- Support Market Managers on reporting & analysis
- Pro-actively advise all stakeholders where needed, to optimize customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the improvement of the sales process
- Prepare Contracts and Letters for the New Season Start

- Active listening and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible mindset and work well under pressure
- Good organizational skills and the ability to sort out items
- Written and verbal fluency in French and English at a conversational, business level.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of thinking.
- Experience in the Fresh Produce industry (fruit & vegetable) would be considered advantageous.
