NTT Data is currently looking for a Process Manager-IT for a federal public agency based in Brussels.
This role will be performed on a hybrid working mode.
The context
As a Process Manager-IT, you will organize and lead the team responsible for the operation of the IT service management processes included in ITIL best practices (incident, change, problem, release mgt etc...). You will also define the team's objectives, establish the schedule of tasks, and distribute useful information within the company. You will support, coach, and motivate members of your team, encourage their personal development, and ensure continuous training.
You will also ensure an operational role around its processes by taking on the role incumbent on the incident manager during an incident on IT services, to coordinate the actions and communications at a managerial level.
You will participate in establishing and managing the team's budgets and evaluate the services provided by the latter ensuring that they are used effectively. As a privileged point of contact for our internal and external customers, you will take care of the negotiations with them and offer them the support needed.
You will also ensure that the strategy defined by management is known and followed by all members of your team, thanks to a close monitoring of their work.
