Notre mission
- Imaginer les solutions et services de demain pour un Bruxelles digital.
- Permettre à tous les citoyens un accès simple, fiable et compétitif aux services informatisés de la Ville.
- Accompagner la Ville dans la réalisation de ses projets depuis la conceptualisation jusqu’au support aux utilisateurs.
- i-CITY_ compte environ 160 collaborateurs et est constamment à la recherche de nouveaux talents.

Pour soutenir notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d’un SDM avec des affinités avec les mondes de la Finance, du Procurement et du Développement urbain.

**Fonction**:
En tant que SDM vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des clients qui vous sont assignés et vous entretenez avec les différents fournisseurs une relation soutenue et orientée sur la satisfaction de vos clients. Au sein d’i-CITY, vous serez en contact étroit avec les chefs de projets, les program managers et l’équipe de Direction.

Concrètement:

- Vous êtes responsable du suivi contractuel des fournisseurs et du respect des SLA’s.
- Vous anticipez les risques, vous êtes le point d’escalade et proposez les pistes de résolutions.
- Vis-à-vis de vos clients, vous vous profilez comme une interlocuteur « hands on » et de confiance.
- En tant que SPOC vous communiquez et fournissez les reportings mensuels dans différents domaines : Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management et Release Management.
- Vous avez un rôle déterminant dans l’élaboration du budget RUN et vous monitorez fréquemment le capacity planning.

**Profil**:

- Vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans un rôle similaire.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master dans un des domaines d’activités (Finance, Procurement, Développement urbain).
- Vous avez une certification ITIL ou vous disposez de solides connaissances qui vous permettent d’y prétendre.
- ServiceNow, Dynamics (Finance & Operations) Vision et la suite Office 365 n’ont aucun secret pour vous.
- Vous êtes pragmatique, proactif et êtes doté d’un esprit analytique développé.
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe.
- Vous faites preuve d’agilité face aux changements.
- Vous travaillez rigoureusement et définissez efficacement les priorités.
- Orienté clients et résultats, vous possédez de bonnes capacités de communication.
- Vous avez de grandes capacités de gestion de ressources.

**Langues**:
