**Mission**
For our Applications Managed Services unit we are currently looking for a Dutch speaking **Operational lead **.
You will be leading the operational activities in a distributed delivery mode (incl. offshore). You will be responsible to ensure and to facilitate the communication to all stakeholders as central point of contact in regard to incident/service request management.
**Key tasks & activities**
- Facilitation of the delivery and communication between Capgemini/Client and support teams
- Central point of contact for communication to the different teams working for the client/Capgemini
- Attribution of unsolved incidents to the correct support group
- Validation of all incident/service Request details and ensuring categorization and prioritization
- Escalation management/incident management and workload management
- Establish and ensure the progress of action plans.
- First point of contact for all P1/P2 issues
- Categorization of all change requests
**Team Lead expertise**
- 2-3 years experience in team leading role in SAP environment
- Management skills
- Strong communication skills, able to handle issues with different stakeholders in mixed teams
- Good knowledge of effective change/incident/service management processes
- Good understanding of the business processes and cross integration areas
- Experience working with technical/support teams within SAP/ERP domain
- Previous experience working with distributed and international teams (nearshore, Offshore)
**Soft Skills**
Professional communication level in **Dutch **is mandatory **and excellent knowledge of **English **both written and spoken.
