**Omschrijving**:
Is coachen en aansturen van een team iets wat jij graag doet? Heb je interesse in wetenschap en chemie? Dan ben jij misschien de Teamleader Lab Services die wij zoeken.
Je krijgt een uitgebreid takenpakket voorgeschoteld dat bestaat uit:
- Het organiseren, aansturen en opvolgen van jouw team.
- Het organiseren van tweewekelijkse operationele teammeetings. In deze meetings worden de planning, de taken en eventuele problemen besproken. Nadien moet je een verslag opstellen en stel je de nodige acties op om alles nauwgezet op te volgen.
- Het optimaliseren van de taken die het team moet uitvoeren maar ook de werking van het team zelf door de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats te zetten en de nodige trainingen te voorzien voor jouw teamleden.
- Het toezien op de nodige veiligheidsmaatregelen. Je voert controles uit op de correcte naleving van de werkinstructies en de veiligheidsmaatregelen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de maatregelen up to date zijn.
- Het opstellen van doelstellingen en het evalueren van werknemers.
- Het uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken zoals personeelswijzigignen beheren, verlofplanning en KPI's opvolgen...
Daarnaast ben je ook:
- Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw teamleden en de klant waarvoor jouw team werkt. Je zorgt voor een goede verstandhouding met de klanten en houdt hen op de hoogte van de vorderingen in de processen.
- Sterk betrokken bij het aanwervingsproces van nieuwe werknemers en het onthaal van deze werknemers.
- Back-up van andere teamleaders indien zij afwezig zijn.

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende of je hebt een relevante cursus gevolgd
- Je bent een organsatie talent, hebt oog voor detail en ziet commerciële kansen
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels
- Je kan goed over weg met computers en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office
- Je kan mensen motiveren als geen ander en je bezit een gezonde portie assertiviteit en stressbestendigheid
- Je draagt veiligheid en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel
- Je bent gestructureerd, ordelijk en nauwkeurig
- Je bent pro-actief, innovatief en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
