System & Network Administrator

Staat in voor het beheer van de bedrijfssystemen:
- installeert en migreert nieuwe oplossingen (o.a. mailsysteem, security systeem, telefoniesysteem, virtuele server systeem,)
- bewaakt de dagelijkse performante werking proactief en stuurt bij indien nodig
- fungeert als tweedelijnsaanspreekpunt voor ad hoc problemen
- analyseert issues, beoordeelt de urgentie en reikt oplossingen aan
- waakt over de kwaliteit en verzekert de opvolging van de geboden oplossing
- reconstrueert en test systemen na een uitval of ingreep
- plant en zorgt voor de goede installatie/implementatie van upgrades, updates, patches en vervanging van cruciale componenten
- maakt melding bij medewerkers van ‘out of service’-momenten (IT-notice)
Werkt samen met interne en externe diensten voor de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden:
- stemt af met andere diensten voor het implementeren en ‘finetunen’ van systemen (bv. implementatie boekhoudsysteem in samenwerking met collega-boekhouders)
- doet beroep op externe IT-partners voor het onderhoud van systemen, alsook de implementatie van nieuwe systemen en het uitvoeren van migraties
- coördineert de acties met IT-partners
Staat in voor rapportering, advies en doorvoering van optimalisaties:
- documenteert behandelde problemen via de ticketing tool
- signaleert mogelijke (wederkerende) knelpunten
- formuleert aanbevelingen op basis van bevindingen (bv. i.v.m. aanschaf nieuwe apparatuur)
- houdt de eigen vakkennis up-to-date, volgt trends en nieuwe functionaliteiten op en doet innovatieve voorstellen en/of voorstellen voor optimalisaties stelt interne richtlijnen en procedures op
**Vereisten**:
- Kennisniveau Bachelor gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ruime ervaring vereist
- Grondige kennis van informaticasystemen in één of meerdere onderdelen: serveroplossingen, monitoringsystemen, netwerkcomponenten, collaboratie platformen
- Grondige kennis van de structuur en de werking van de organisatie
- Kennis van de tweede landstaal (mondeling en schriftelijk) en het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Het oplossingsgericht kunnen handelen bij incidenten en hierbij de nodige prioriteiten stellen
- Het goed inschatten van acties en de consequenties die dit met zich meebrengt (bv. server herstarten buiten de kantooruren i.p.v. tijdens de kantooruren)
- Het volgen van de correcte testprocedure om de werking van systemen te garanderen
