Voor een organisatie in de publieke sector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren freelance Sourcing Expert Program Buying met expertise in cost optimization en interdepartementaal projectbeheer. Locatie: Brussel (hybride) Start: maart 2026 Duur: ± 200 mandagen De opdracht Projectbeheer van cost optimization-initiatieven in samenwerking met engineering, supply chain, onderhoud, finance en Category Management (Direct Procurement) PMO-activiteiten: opvolging van projecten (SharePoint), maandelijkse rapportering, organisatie en animatie van Core Team-meetings, verbetering van projectmanagementtools Coördinatie en projectbeheer van een should costing-programma (software), inclusief het vastleggen van procedures (flowcharts, RACI, rapportering) Vereiste vaardigheden Master industriële ingenieurswetenschappen of handelsingenieur Min. 3 jaar ervaring in projectbeheer binnen een industriële, interdepartementale context Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden Affiniteit met technische domeinen Goede kennis van NL & FR en een goede kennis van het Engels Kennis van SAP ECC (aankoop & supply chain) en sterke Excel-vaardigheden Ervaring met onderhandelingen en kennis van overheidsopdrachten
