Reporting to the AP Insights and Content Director, we are looking for a highly self-motivated and collaborative team member to join the AP Market Activation function. This is a key function for the Deloitte AP Executive and operationally resides within the AP Growth function, which is responsible for overall go-to market strategy.
The AP Insights Manager will help shape and manage insight-led content that underpins Deloitte's growth offerings by facilitating client conversations and enabling internal and external marketing and communications campaigns that position Deloitte Asia Pacific as a market leader in areas that have been identified as priorities for the firm.
Work you'll do
Responsibility
Work with the Asia Pacific Insights and Content Director to develop a pipeline of compelling, insight-led thought leadership and eminence that supports marketing strategies and campaign plans across Asia Pacific
Work closely with the AP marketing and communications team to support market activation campaigns, aligning content deliverables to achieve campaign outcomes
Partner with industry teams and subject matter experts to transform ideas into engaging content across multiple formats, including articles, reports, social and digital assets – that amplify Deloitte's brand and thought leadership
Use strong business writing and editorial skills to shape content strategy and content production; demonstrating a strong understanding of client needs, thought leadership and Deloitte's business priorities
Use strong project management and editing skills to ensure that content deliverables are delivered on time and on budget, with the ability to manage relationships with internal senior executive, peer and external supplier stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong understanding of content development, editorial processes and a range of marketing mediums
Strong time management and self-motivation, with the ability to work across different cultures, work remotely, and manage a number of complex projects at one time.

Qualifications
Ideally you will have 5 - 8 years' content development or editorial experience, preferably in a consultancy, communications, PR, marketing or news-media environment. You will have experience working in high performing teams and possess strong program/project management experience as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
We Are Looking For
Degree or professional diploma qualified in commerce, business or communications is highly regarded
5-8 years' experience, preferably in content development, communications, journalism or editorial roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Professional English business copywriting and editing skills, with published experience
Strong editorial and content development experience across a range of different channels, including print, digital, social media, and the ability to tell complex stories to a senior business audience in a compelling and engaging way
Broad understanding of business and technology issues, demonstrating curiosity and a learning-mindset to quickly come to terms with new subject matter
Strong project management skills, with experience managing content development
An understanding of B2B and digital marketing with experience in developing content across different formats and channels to drive B2B client engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and present concepts convincingly to a range of audiences
A team player; possesses a friendly, approachable manner with a flexible attitude to work, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, collaboratively across business units and markets
Ability to use own initiative whilst working to tight deadlines in a demanding environment, with multiple stakeholders
Someone who is persuasive and tenacious, flexible and pragmatic with experience working in a professional services, partnership environment or large corporate organization
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly matrixed professional services environment.
