**Shyfter is een digitaal bedrijf actief in de HR- en planning sector, gevestigd te Brussel, dat in slechts 2 jaar tijd al meer dan 300 klanten in 3 landen heeft.**
Resultaatgericht, maar toch resoluut, is dit samen met onze klanten de kern van onze activiteit.
Om onze exponentiële groei voort te zetten en ons klantenbestand uit te breiden, hebben we mensen nodig die net zo ambitieus zijn als wij, om het team van Customer Success te vervolledigen.

**Wat zijn de verantwoordelijkheden van deze job?**:
- Wanneer een klant aan hun Shyfter avontuur begint, ben jij hun aanspreekpunt in het team.
- Je beheert de ondersteuning, de opleiding en follow-up, om ervoor te zorgen dat zij een tevreden klant zijn.
- Je legt hen duidelijk de functies en modules uit, zodat zij hun behoeften kunnen integreren in onze oplossing.
- Je bent de controletoren die anticipeert op de verzoeken van klanten en het antwoord vindt op de meest onverwachte vragen. Je doet er alles aan om hen te kunnen ondersteunen en de nodige uitleg/oplossing aan te bieden.
- Je luistert met empathie en geeft klachten, verzoeken en successen door aan het team.
- Je bent de sleutel tot het succes van onze helpdesk, door jouw follow-up en betrokkenheid om deze efficiënter te maken door het maken van tutorials en video's
- Je staat in het centrum van de organisatie, je hebt contact met het hele team

- Minstens tweetalig (FR, NL)
