**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to design and implement recruitment marketing campaigns for priority vacancies.
- Manage employee advocacy programmes to drive active participation in talent acquisition initiatives.
- Implement social selling strategies and activate leadership participation to enhance our online presence and employer brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Exceptional ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing tools and platforms.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
