**Je Rol**:

- Als 'Head of Finance, HR, Legal & Office' speel je een cruciale rol binnen ons dynamische team.
- Je leidt en inspireert de financiële, HR, juridische en office management teams, bestaande uit 9 gedreven collega’s.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategieën voor elk van deze belangrijke gebieden.
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Algemeen Directeur en bent een proactieve speler in ons stafteam.
- Je bevordert employee experience en stimuleert de talentontwikkeling van het team.
- Je waarborgt “operational excellence” en een financieel gezonde organisatie.

**Je Profiel**:

- Een charismatische people manager met een heldere visie en ervaring in het leiden van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Expertise in financieel management is essentieel. Je weet hoe je een social profit organisatie financieel sterk houdt.
- Je hebt kennis van HR-principes en juridische procedures of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je bent in staat om een langetermijnvisie te formuleren voor het zakelijke beheer van de je domeinen.
- Je excelleert in organisatiemanagement en weet hoe je uitmuntendheid binnen teams bevordert.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een motiverende leiderschapsstijl typeren jou.
