Poste : Chef de Projet
Localisation : Bruxelles, Belgique
Type : Hybride (au moins 2 jours par semaine au bureau)
Exigences linguistiques : Français ou Néerlandais (niveau CECR C2) et Anglais (C2)

**Aperçu du poste**:
Le Chef de Projet ICT supervise des projets stratégiques visant à améliorer le trafic ferroviaire dans les ports et à partager les informations sur la gestion du trafic ferroviaire avec les parties prenantes internes et externes. Ce poste implique une collaboration étroite avec le Port d’Anvers, nécessitant une présence régulière sur site.

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Planification et gestion de projet : Élaborer des plans de projet, gérer les budgets et garantir le respect des périmètres définis.
- Gestion des risques : Identifier et atténuer les risques associés aux projets.
- Coordination des parties prenantes : Favoriser la collaboration entre toutes les parties concernées pour assurer une exécution fluide des projets.
- Suivi et reporting : Fournir des rapports d’avancement clairs à la direction.
- Conformité aux normes : Appliquer les méthodologies et procédures d’Infrabel (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Déplacements requis : Collaborer activement avec le Port d’Anvers, nécessitant des visites régulières sur site.

**Compétences indispensables**:

- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en tant que Chef de Projet ICT.
- Connaissances et expérience des méthodologies de gestion de projet telles que PRINCE2, PMP et Agile/Scrum.
- Expérience en leadership et en gestion d’équipe.
- Expertise en gestion des budgets, des coûts et des risques.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
