Position: Project Lead
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Type: Hybrid (At least 2 days per week in the office)
Language Requirement: Dutch or French(CEFR level C2) plus English (C2)
**Role Overview**:
The ICT Project Leader oversees strategic projects aimed at improving railway traffic in ports and sharing information on railway traffic management with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with the Port of Antwerp, requiringregular on-site presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure scope adherence.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the projects.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between all involved parties to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Provide clear progress reports to management.
- Travel Requirements: Actively collaborate with the Port of Antwerp, requiring regular on-site visits.
**Must-Have Skills**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an ICT Project Leader.
- Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, and Agile/Scrum.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Expertise in budget, cost, and risk management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferable Skills
Certifications in:
- PRINCE2
- PMP
- Agile/Scrum
