Functie: Project Lead
Locatie: Brussel, België
Type: Hybride (mínimaal 2 dagen per week op kantoor)
Taalvereiste: Nederlands of Frans (CEFR-niveau C2) plus Engels (C2)

**Functieoverzicht**:
De ICT Projectleider beheert strategische projecten die gericht zijn op het verbeteren van het spoorverkeer in havens en het delen van informatie over spoorwegverkeersbeheer met interne en externe belanghebbenden. Deze rol vereist nauwe samenwerking met de Haven van Antwerpen en regelmatige aanwezigheid op locatie.

**Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Projectplanning en -beheer: Ontwikkelen van projectplannen, beheren van budgetten en zorgen voor naleving van de scope.
- Risicobeheer: Identificeren en beperken van projectrisico’s.
- Coördinatie met belanghebbenden: Bevorderen van samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen om een soepele uitvoering van projecten te garanderen.
- Monitoring en rapportage: Verstrekken van duidelijke voortgangsrapporten aan het management.
- Naleving van normen: Toepassen van Infrabel-methodologieën en -procedures (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Reisvereisten: Actieve samenwerking met de Haven van Antwerpen, wat regelmatige bezoeken op locatie inhoudt.

**Vereiste Vaardigheden**:

- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring.
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als ICT Projectleider.
- Kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagementmethodologieën zoals PRINCE2, PMP en Agile/Scrum.
- Ervaring met leiderschap en teammanagement.
- Expertise in budget-, kosten
- en risicobeheer.
- Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden.

**Gewenste Vaardigheden**:
Certificeringen in:

- PRINCE2
- PMP
- Agile/Scrum
