**Functie**:
Zoals reeds vermeld ben jij de persoon die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het beheer, de implementatie, de uitwerking en het optimaliseren van de Customer Relations Strategie.
- Samen met de Product Manager, zal jij de beste aanpak voor het benaderen van klanten definiëren én implementeren.
- Een efficiënte **customer journey** ontwikkelen zodat klanten een geweldige **customer experience** kunnen genieten Bovendien verzamel je, analyseer je en rapporteer je alle **data** om continu deze customer journey de optimaliseren.
- Uitwerken van **promoties**, **loyaliteits**:

- en **retentieprogramma's**.

Bovendien draag je, samen met je collega's, bij aan het jaarlijkse marketingplan.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:

- Gebeten door strategie, marketing en Customer Relations Management? Een sterke talenknobbel in Nederlands, Engels_? En helemaal klaar voor een nieuwe job binnen een dynamisch team dat bruist van positieve vibes?_

- Je hebt reeds **2 jaar relevante werkervaring** in een soortgelijke functie. Customer Relations Management is geen onbekend terrein voor jou.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het **Nederlands en Engels** (gesproken en geschreven). Bovendien heb je een goede kennis van het **Frans**.
- Je bent heel **klantgericht** en je wilt alles inzetten zodat klanten kunnen terugblikken op een geweldige customer experience.
- Een **analytische mindset** is in deze functie van belang. Daarnaast ben je **creatief**, **leergierig** en durf je **initiatief** te nemen.
