- We are expending our project managing team related to the Finance tools.
- You will be involved in all projects related to the digitization of our finance activities. A big chunk is currently related to the ERP implementation & optimization from Netsuite that we are working on.**Tasks and responsibilities**:
Process design & optimization of current finance processes : OTC, P2P, RTR
-Selection & implementation of new tools and processes in order to automate the day-to-day business
-Work on the ERP roll out to different entities within the group together with internal stakeholders & external implementation partners
-Masterdata management
-Setup of internal policies in the system (approval flows, segregation of duties,..)
-Provide training & guidelines for the team
-Handle ad hoc requests & projects
-Be the point of contact for functional issues of the ERP system

**Job Requirements**:
2+ years experience in a similar role.
-Experience with ERP implementations
in all finance domains
-Experience with Netsuite is a plus
-Good knowledge of the finance function

-Proactive and willingness to take ownership of key project

-Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
-Willingness to learn independently
&
continuously about new tools
and systems
-Hybrid role: 2 days working from home possible
