**Dit is jouw topjob**:
De dienst ‘IS LIFE’ is op zoek naar een team leader verantwoordelijk voor het LIFE Data platform. Het ‘IS LIFE DATA PLATFORM’ team is het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de businessline LIFE voor alles omtrent Data Analyses, rapportering naar interne/externe partners,Het management van IS LIFE is op zoek naar een Team Leader die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor deze groep.- Je staat aan de leiding van het team IS LIFE Data Platform (5+ FTE) dat uitgebreide Functionele Analyses en data-oplossingen biedt voor de verschillende interne/externe stakeholders.
- Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de andere departementen (vooral RCPM, DWH en program management LIFE), begrijpt hun noden en je reikt oplossingen aan die hen helpen in hun dagelijkse businessactiviteiten.
- Je stippelt mee de globale visie en strategie rond Data uit en je communiceert deze op een duidelijke manier naar de gebruikers toe.
- Je behoudt het overzicht op het verloop en de oplevering van de verschillende lopende Data-projecten en je informeert je management hierover op een duidelijke manier.
- Je verzekert een vlotte en correcte samenwerking tussen de business en IT.
- Je volgt de IT-budgetten van het Data-domein mee op en zorgt ervoor dat ze op een effectieve en efficiënte manier worden ingezet.
- Je coacht je team in het uitbouwen van hun skills, daagt hen uit om innovatief te werk te gaan en je stimuleert knowledge sharing.

- Je bent een ervaren project
- en stakeholdermanager met sterke networking-skills.
- Je communiceert vlot en duidelijk naar verschillende niveaus toe (je team, je hiërarchie, externe stakeholders).
- Je hebt ervaring in het leiden en coachen van een team.
- Je gaat aan de slag met een can-do-mentaliteit en een resultaatgerichte focus.
- Je bent pragmatisch en zoekt kortetermijnoplossingen, maar houdt daarbij ook rekening met de langetermijn doelstellingen.
- Je kennis van Azure en Data Lakes is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma.
