**familiale en internationale onderneming** gespecialiseerd in
**bouwmaterialen **en gevestigd in
**Gent**, zijn we op zoek naar een
**Financial Administration Officer**.
**Functieomschrijving**:

- Je houdt toezicht op de **goedkeuring van aankoopfacturen **en je zorgt ervoor dat de** aankoop
- en verkoopfacturen** correct en tijdig worden verwerkt.
- Het **inboeken van alle facturen** is jouw verantwoordelijkheid, alsook de **controle **ervan.
- Je staat in voor het **voorbereiden van de verrichtingen **van de **crediteuren **en je verwerkt de **creditnota's**.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de leveranciers hun facturen op tijd betalen en stuurt **aanmaningen **indien ze niet op tijd betalen.
- Je verzorgt de juiste en tijdige** Intrastat aangiftes** op maandelijkse basis.
- Je stelt je **flexibel **op en je helpt waar nodig bij verschillende **ad hoc administratieve opdrachten**.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt een **Bacheloropleiding **achter de rug in een financiële richting of een **gelijkwaardige opleiding op basis van relevante werkervaring**.
- Je hebt een **natuurlijk talent voor cijfers **en een affiniteit met **boekhouding **en** financiële administratie**.
- Je beheerst uitstekend de **Nederlandse, de **Franse en de Engelse taal **zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je haalt **voldoening **uit het bouwen aan **duurzame relaties met klanten en partners **en je hebt **affiniteit **met een** kleinschalige, internationale werkomgeving**.
- Mensen in je dichte omgeving omschrijven je als **ambitieus**, **positief**, **punctueel**, **behulpzaam **en **communicatief**.
- Het **organiseren van je eigen werk** is een koud kunstje voor jou en je kan vlot om met **deadlines**.
