(Contract 12 maanden)
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
- Aanpassen en creatie van templates voor het inboeken van complexe leveranciersfacturen, alsook het effectief verwerken van deze facturen
- Voorbereiden en opvolgen van de interne controles met inbegrip van een herwerking van de templates ter ondersteuning van de migratie van het boekhoudsysteem
- Ondersteuning bij maand
- en jaarafsluiting met inbegrip van contacten met audit
- Ad hoc taken (v.b. maandelijkse closing binder; NBB-enquêtes, )
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in accounting of een gelijkaardig diploma in finance.
- We zijn zowel op zoek naar mensen met reeds enkele jaren ervaring in accounting, finance controlling of audit
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel en bent IT minded. Kennis van Navision of Oracle is een plus.
- Je weet van aanpakken en plant je tijd zelfstandig.
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld en zoekt steeds naar efficiëntere manieren om taken aan te pakken
- Je bent procesgericht en denkt altijd een stap vooruit.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en een goed begrip van de tweede landstaal alsook mínimaal een basiskennis van het Engels.
