You can emphasize leadership, organization, communication abilities, customer service orientation and attention to details. You can speak English, and/or French. You will work closely with the other Housekeeping Supervisors and with the Housekeeping Manager. You will need to be incessantly on your toes to ensure that top class quality service is provided by the largest team in the hotel, while ensuring that the department operates efficiently, effectively and respects the different targets set by the Operations Manager/General Manager.
**What will you do?**
You will be responsible for the maintenance of guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Coordinating daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards. Assigns, organises and facilitates the room making process.
Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members. You will check the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs. You will manage traces like guest requests, including VIP amenities. Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards and carry out lost and found procedures. Report maintenance issues to Maintenance Department. Inspect Room Attendant’s work performance within the assigned section daily to ensure the standards and productivity levels are being met and maintained.
