Project Manager

**We are looking for a project manager to start up a new CRM project.**
The responsibilities will vary and relate to the implementation of the business IT strategy.
Manage one or multiple projects (identification of the need, concept, follow-up, implementation & release, testing, maintenance, stability and operational handover, etc.) that digitally transform (parts of) the end-to-end data process. Scope range, timing, budget and quality are managed in accordance with standardised processes of the client.
**The skills and experience we are looking for**
+5 years experience in Project Management
Very good experience in reporting and analytics
Very good knowledge & experience with CRM-solutions is a strong asset
Good knowledge of Planview, MS Project or equivalent is a plus
Good experience using reporting and visualisation tools is a plus
Strong Agile minded
Certified PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent
Proven C-level communication, diplomacy & problem solving experience
**Non-Technical profile requirements**
Extensive diplomacy skills and ability to achieve consensus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinker
Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Certified PRINCE2, PMI, or equal by experience is a plus.
Native/fluent French or Dutch + professional working proficiency in the other national language is mandatory.
