**Werfleider / Assistent Projectleider**
**Taken**:
Na een inloopperiode ben jij het **aanspreekpunt **voor jouw projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project van **B-Z **wordt **opgestart **, **opgevolgd **en **afgewerkt **. Dit houdt onder andere in: je zorgt voor voldoende medewerkers op de werf, je brengt de nodige administratie in orde (meet
- en vorderingsstaten), je bestelt en voorziet het nodige materiaal. Over de verschillende werven heen bewaar jij het **overzicht **en stelt **prioriteiten **. Om een goede **opvolging **te voorzien, ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de werven en **stuur **je jouw teams **aan **. Het schrikt je dan ook niet af om, indien nodig, zelf de **handen **uit **de **mouwen **te steken.

Je gaat **ambitieus **én **gedreven **aan de slag. Je bent **leergierig **, **praktisch **en **analytisch **ingesteld. In nieuwe uitdagingen zie jij steeds **mogelijkheden **. Als een echte **people manager **weet jij hoe je medewerkers kunt motiveren en aansturen. Je bent in het bezit van een **bouwkundig diploma **of gelijkwaardig door **ervaring **.
