**The Role**

Atlas Copco Compressor Technique continuously scouts the market for acquisition opportunities.

We are looking for a passionate and committed Project Leader who is able to manage all IT related aspects that come into play during the complete acquisition process. From an IT perspective, this typically involves three phases:

- A _due diligence_ phase in which the potential fit, opportunities and risks of the company are assessed from an overarching IT and Security perspective, and which ultimately helps to drive the go/no-go decision.
- An_ IT Infrastructure and Services integration_ phase in which the company is onboarded into the Atlas Copco IT network and adopts the standards and services which respect to IT infrastructure, security, networking, end-user-computing and collaboration
- **What we expect of you?**- Post acquisition, you coordinate and drive forward the IT infrastructure and services integration phase, establishing foundational security controls, connecting the site to the internal and external networks, move servers and other IT infrastructure to Atlas Copco datacenters and cloud, onboard into O365, AD,and organize the introduction of Atlas Copco managed laptops and other end-user computing services.
You control the overall project planning and budgets with respect to above activities.
- You interact with, collaborate with and follow-up all related internal and external stakeholders, both from a business and IT in order to execute the planning.
- You report on project status to all relevant stakeholders
- You follow-up on aftercare
- You manage the acquisition manual/runbook and decision process to guide the divisions towards a successful integration

You will become part of CT-IS (Compressor Technique - Information Services), which delivers services to the Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco. The department mainly operates from the headquarters in Antwerp (Belgium), with teams in US, Czech Republic, India, and China.
