Sous la supervision de l’Events Operations Manager, vous participerez à la préparation, la coordination et le suivi de divers événements, tels que des mariages, galas, séminaires et soirées privées.
**RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES**
- Participer à la planification, la coordination et l’exécution d’événements variés.
- Assister l’équipe dans la communication avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins et attentes.
- Aider à la coordination entre les différents services internes (restauration, housekeeping, sécurité, etc.) et avec les prestataires externes.
- Contribuer à la mise en place des événements, à leur suivi opérationnel et au démontage, tout en veillant au respect des standards de qualité.
- Participer au suivi des opérations et à la résolution des imprévus le jour J.
- Aider à la gestion de l’inventaire des fournitures et équipements événementiels.
- Observer et soutenir l’équipe dans la collecte de retours clients et dans l’amélioration continue des services.
- Participer à la préparation de documents budgétaires et au suivi des dépenses liées aux événements.
**Profil recherché**
- Étudiant(e) en gestion d’événements, hôtellerie ou domaine similaire possèdant OBLIGATOIREMENT une convention de stage.
- Sens de l’organisation et excellente gestion des priorités.
- Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et orientation client.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français ; une autre langue est un atout.
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite MS Office.
