**Wat is de job?**:
Als Logistics Agent ben je de spil in onze logistieke administratie én een belangrijke schakel in de optimalisatie van processen. Je behandelt logistieke disputes, werkt verbeterprojecten uit en fungeert als back-up voor de transportplanners. In deze rol combineer je inzicht, structuur en samenwerking. Je krijgt ownership over specifieke domeinen en krijgt tegelijk de kans om bij te leren, door te groeien en impact te maken.

**JE TAKEN**
- Je beheert en verwerkt logistieke disputes.
- Je initieert en werkt verbeterprojecten uit binnen stockbeheer, transport en administratie.
- Je bent back-up voor de transportplanning en bierdriveplanning.
- Je werkt actief mee aan verbeterprojecten binnen de logistieke processen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met customer service, transporteurs en de collega’s op de werkvloer.
- Je denkt mee na over een veilige en efficiënte manier van werken binnen de logistieke flows.
- Je rapporteert KPI’s.
- Je draagt actief bij aan de veiligheidscultuur, TPM en continue verbetering.

**Wie ben jij?**:
Jij hebt:

- Relevante ervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving (warehousing, distributie, administratie, ).
- Een bachelor Logistiek, een andere economische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Office 365 kent geen geheimen meer voor jou.
- Kennis van of ervaring met SAP, Salesforce zijn een mooie plus.
- Talenkennis Nederlands en Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen.

Jij bent:

- Een krak in het bewaren van overzicht en het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten.
- Proactief, zelfstandig én een teamplayer tegelijk.
- Iemand met een natuurlijke drive om processen beter te maken.
- Communicatief sterk en niet bang om het gesprek aan te gaan met verschillende afdelingen.
- Flexibel: je bent bereid 1x per 3 weekends bereikbaar te zijn (permanentie van thuis uit).
