**Jobinhoud**:

- Voor een toonaangevende maritieme klant op zoeken we een verantwoordelijke voor het _**aanbieden van transporten inzake breakbulk en special equipment**_ _wereldwijd. Jij bent _**aanspreekpunt voor de klanten**_ _inzake aanvragen en opvolgingen van de zending. Je communiceert met interne departementen om een _**vlotte afhandeling**_ _voor de klant te garanderen._Verder bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:_
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en versturen van **klantenoffertes**:

- Je houdt de **evoluties op de markt** nauwgezet in de gaten
- Bij operationele issues zorg je ervoor dat de juiste **acties** worden ondernomen
- Je brengt alle gemaakte en gebudgetteerde kosten in kaart en controleert binnenkomende facturen
- Je volgt vooropgestelde KPI’s
- Je rapporteert aan de Manager Breakbulk & Special Equipment

**Wie zoeken we**:

- Je hebt een bachelor of master diploma in een economische of logistieke richting. Je bent gelijkwaardig door minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen sales / rederij / breakbulk
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Een basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
- Je bent communicatief sterk en cijfermatig aangelegd
- Met een analytisch oog hou je de markt in de gaten
- Je houdt het hoofd koel en kunt anticiperen in elke situatie
- De klant staat centraal waarbij je streeft naar een optimale dienstverlening
