To further grow our business, especially in the middle market, we are looking for talented underwriters for the following lines of business:
Property
Casualty
Cyber and
Marine.
Key Responsibilities
To build and maintain good relationships with broker partners and to gain and underwrite new business in the mid market segment
To help set out the underwriting strategy, forecasts and portfolio management in order to achieve underwriting profitability.
To ensure quality control within defined area of responsibility by undertaking quantitative underwriting reviews and peer reviews.
To prioritize and develop products that answer to today’s market needs and will help us improve client retention and securing new business. This may involve collaborating with peers within and across business lines in Europe as well as globally.
To represent and promote Chubb corporately to brokers, internal and external clients. This may involve servicing key producers and clients, monitoring business acquisition and retention as well as maximizing cross-selling opportunities.

**Experience & Skills required**:
Comprehensive understanding and experience of the insurance market and the specific line of business (e.g. property, casualty, marine)
Commercially driven, client focused and experienced in dealing with brokers and clients.
Principled, ambitious, sets high expectations and standards for themselves.
