**What will you do?**
- **Financial Management**:

- **Take the reins**: Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- **Keep it on point**: Ensure timely and accurate prep of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS.
- **Smooth sailing**: Manage a seamless consolidation process, delivering top-tier consolidated financial statements quarterly.
- **Plan and conquer**: Develop and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts, offering insights for strategic financial planning.
- **Internal Controls and Compliance**:

- **Fortify the fortress**:Establish and monitor effective internal controls.
- **Stay on the right side**:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax filings, audits, and statutory requirements.
- **Financial Analysis and Strategy**:

- **Analyze like a boss**:Conduct in-depth financial analysis to spot trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- **Strategic partner**:Support the CFO and Executive Committee and local management teams with financial insights, scenario analysis, and risk assessments.
- **Systems and Processes Improvement**:

- **Efficiency expert**:Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting tools for top-notch efficiency and accuracy.
- **Best practices guru**:Implement industry best practices and stay updated on regulatory changes.

**Your qualifications?**
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- +10 years experience in accounting or finance, of which +5 years in a leadership role
- Bring experience in service companies to the table
- Profound knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, BE GAAP is a bonus (used in our current consolidation)
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills. Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills
- Flexible and open to travel across our European offices a few times per year
