Description
EDI’s **Financial Controller **will act as a strategic business partner providing reliable data’s to monitor performance of all business units and trusted support to improve productivity and efficiency to the management team. He will combine both strong financial and business oriented skills.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsible of preparing monthly internal and management reporting including corporate templates;
Responsible for periodic and ad hoc controlling of all activities of Edi including charging business and solar panels, including margins and overheads follow up and projects profitability analysis;
In charge of budget and plan preparation and coordination with the support of business units responsible:
In charge of finance data and process management within contract management systems of all entities, driving analytical accounting in close collaboration with the accounting team;
Manage interactions with stakeholders including auditors, accountants and insurers;
Reporting to CFO and supporting him in its financial tasks.
Skills and Experience
Master’s degree in Management, Accounting or Finance related field
5+ year experience as a business analyst, financial controller or senior strategic position in Audit or Consulting firm
Advanced computer skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint & financial management systems
Analytical thinking, stress resistance & strong leadership and team spirit
Result-oriented, strategic thinker & planner
Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment and hard worker
Excellent verbal and written conversation in English + Dutch or French
Experience in electro-mobility and energy is a plus
