The IT Team Lead is responsible for the maintenance and functionality of the company IT systems and infrastructure. The IT Team Lead supervises the IT system engineers and software developers. Together they ensure user support and organize improvements of the IT infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for the organization of the complete computer
- and server park and network of ICsense
- Lead a team of IT system engineers and software developers
- Define the IT architecture together with the team
- Drive and contribute to IT improvement projects
- Ensure IT user support is available
- Handle the IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness in cooperation with CTO and finance department
- Make sure IT policies are in line with relevant regulations
**Competences**:
- You have a Master degree in Computer Science
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- You have knowledge of networking, security and Linux
- You have knowledge of backup technologies and strategies
- Knowledge of Ansible and Python is a plus
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- You have strong organisational and prioritization skills
- You are a pro-active problem solver with a hands-on approach
- You have solid people management skills
