As a **Teamleader** you enjoy supporting your team (kitchen staff & hospitality staff) and guiding them to obtain the next level of customer experience. As a true people person, you keep an eye on the productivity of your team as on their wellbeing.

- Taking responsibility for your daily tasks. Concerning hosting, grilling our well known burgers baking our delicious fries, managing the stock, checking cash register and training your team.
- Being Manhattn’s ambassador from opening until closing (depending on your planning)
- Monitoring the daily events and the flow from order to pick-up
- Overlooking the store and giving extra attention to details so we all can be proud of our product.
- Attracting new customers and maintaining our ‘Manhattn’s believers’
