Hence, we are looking for a Digitalization and Business Solutions Manager. You will report to the Vice President Operations and Technical Support. As Digitalization and Business Solutions Manager, you will report focused on the use of digital technology, solutions and systems in our communication and interaction with customers, customer centers and product companies. It shall be your responsibility to define, develop, implement and maintain our digital solutions, which shall lead to increased efficiency, being easy to do business with and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. - You will take overall responsibility for planning and leading a team of dedicated resources that translate business requirements into digital solutions enhancing our digital twin strategy. - You will inspire creativity and digitalization towards fiction-free customer experience. - You will map, monitor, maintain and improve the interaction of our systems with all Product Company (factories) and Customer Center (Sales companies all over the world) ERPs, safeguarding excellent data quality inflow and future proof interaction. - You will improve warranty, installed base and fleet management by automation, business intelligence and analytics while reducing administration in our Customer, Dealers, Customer centers and Product Companies. - You will map the process flows and define best practices within Power Technique Service business solutions area and support Customer Centers in the implementation. - You will bridge our requirements, between Product Companies, Customer Centers and other PT divisions. - You will collaborate together with product marketing, operations, supply chain and technical support teams to ensure smooth introduction and efficient usage of our digital tools. - You will provide systems and solutions, making it easier for our Customer Centers to guarantee a better service and support for excellent Customer satisfaction. - You will ensure IT involvement in finding and developing solutions to further improve our set of business systems. - You will partner with other service divisions to ensure we can benefit from economies of scale and systems that are active in other Business Areas. - You will establish connections and build relationship with other digital teams within the Business Area and Group. **To succeed, you need** Even if you don't meet all the points, but are ready for a challenge, click on "Apply" anyway.
