**Purpose of the Job**:
As Head of Marketing for Puilaetco, Belgian branch of Quintet Private Bank S.A., you have significant insights into how to impact client behaviour, inspiring innovation and solutions that enrich our client’s lives and drive profitable revenues. You have the intellectual curiosity to find and leverage growth areas.
You will be responsible for developing and executing insight based, clients driven and measurable marketing strategies that are supporting the delivery of our business goals and objectives.
While you will work in partnership with Group Marketing colleagues, you will mainly work closely with client facing teams from our different offices, products & services team, communications team, client advisors, sales and business development teams to align efforts against top business priorities. The major activities include, but are not limited to, conducting integrated measurable marketing plans to increase our brand preference and consideration among key client segments and prospects with the goal of supporting our client advisors in growing our business and enhancing our client experience.
You will make sure that your actions generate trust in Quintet and protect and enhance the Group’s and Puilaetco’s reputation. Your ability to share ideas and exchange views with colleagues in different offices and cultures will be highly appreciated.
You will be a direct report to the Group Head of Marketing & Business Development and have a local coordination line within the Country Management Committee (Deputy Country CEO).
You will lead, manage and coach the Marketing team within Puilaetco.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- You will deploy the holistic private banking value proposition that differentiates Puilaetco from its competitors in all relevant marketing channels, including digital
- You will actively monitor and assess trends in the industry, and design, deploy and conduct market and clients’ research
- You will conduct appropriate research to better understand clients behaviors & perception (brand awareness analysis)
- You will focus on return on investment from actions you pursue, with strong and clear metrics (definition of success, goals and objectives)
- You will analyse and reinforce the prospect & client journey and define how we could improve the key triggers that help to move forward in the marketing funnel.
- You will manage all marketing procedures & processes and change/improve when and where necessary
- You will drive all 1st line of controls linked to the marketing activities
- You will manage the marketing & communication annual plan & budget
- You will manage the thirdparty marketing agencies to ensure their delivery meets the required quality and budget parameters
- You will develop & implement brand guidelines in alignment with Quintet Group, review all documents according to those guidelines & communicate them internally while improving our distribution channels
- You will oversee the continual development and maintenance of all literature and tools (brochures, presentations, websites, social media etc.)
**Knowledge and Experience**:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- You have at least 10 years of experience in marketing within the Financial Services industry or in another luxury industry
**Attributes and Qualities**:
- You are comfortable working in a matrix functional structure with several stakeholders
- You collaborate with other teams and stakeholders throughout the organisation
- You have strong people management & leadership skills
- You can work on a conceptual basis and are very hands on at the same time
- You can demonstrate your ability to develop and implement integrated marketing programs and to operate and multitask in a fast paced, dynamic deadline driven environment.
- You can prioritize and quickly execute in fastpaced environment and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
- You have excellent written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills and you can build strong relationships with internal & external partners.
- You are able to work independently, while managing your team
- You are not afraid to challenge established things, are flexible and can cope with sometimes complex decision process
