Aubay is looking urgently for a Quality Manager (M/W) for his customer at European Institution at Schuman:
Nature of the tasks
Provide a solid basis for a consistent approach to managing program/project quality.
Ensure that all parts involved in Program collaborate on the basis of a shared understanding of what Program quality means, why it is important, and how it can be achieved.
Support / provide a quality system with structures, procedures, forms and processes to implement program/project quality management.
Maintain the quality assurance for the program/project and monitors its implementation through quality measures and regular audits and/or gate quality reviews.
Assist with quality planning for program/project, put quality objectives and requirements in place and outline how the quality system should operate. This is mainly done in correlation with the documentation of the customer's expectations of product quality for program/project.
Maintain a quality control for program/project through designing a set of quality metrics for the program/project and ensuring that they meet the specified quality criteria of the program/project through collaboration with the Program/Project Management Officer.
Maintain program/project quality evaluation, learning, best practices repositories.
Provide document control, standards compliance audits (management system and product standards), alignment to program/project management (MSP, Prince2), business process design and improvement.
Responsible for supporting program/project Manager through giving advice and guidance on issues such as the use of corporate standards and rules.
Additional needed qualification, knowledge, and skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Officer in defense, government or financial organisation.
ITL v3 expert certification.
Excellent knowledge in Management systems development (ISO 9001) and in Prince2/MSP.
Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
Good knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
Capable to communicate effectively with different actors involved (testers, developers, management etc.).
Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of project management software (MS Project, etc....).
Outstanding organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions.
